Superfund Glossary

This glossary covers all of the specialized terminology used within this website, as well as many terms not used on this site but which may be encountered elsewhere. Some of the terminology is collector based, some is technical glassmaking jargon, some is a mixture of both, and some is of unknown origin. Not every term from his list is repeated on this list; only those deemed pertinent. Many other references were variably consulted also. See the R eferences page for more information. Before the moving into the main part of the Glossary , it is useful to have a quick overview of the basic physical features – or morphology – of a typical bottle.

Yes, for people of a certain age, having conversations about modern romance can feel a bit like wading through the semantic dark; it’s as if the kids are speaking a different language.

Herein, we’ve compiled the ultimate glossary of modern dating terms. So read on, and wade into the world with your new knowledge. You meet someone, you go on a date, you have a great time. You text back and forth. Then, one day, you send them a text and don’t get a response. You wait a few days. You figure they are probably just busy. Then weeks go by and you realize that whatever you had is over. It’s bad enough that people do this after dates; what’s even more appalling is that I know people that this has happened to in relationships.

You’re seeing someone for months, then, one day, they just vanish into thin air.
